He is survived by: his spouse Janet K.; his children, Shana E. Rush, Charles D. Kelly (Dina), David J. Kelly (Beth) and Sean M. Kelly; and his sibling Theresa Carson (Paul). He is also survived by his four grandchildren and his nieces & nephews.
