He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marshall and Naomi Marshall (Jervis); his brothers, Lee Marshall and Don Marshall; and his son David Spor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Marshall; his children, Caitlyn Marshall and Aaron Marshall (Courtney); his sister-in-law Janet Joyce; and his grandchildren, Christopher Santon, Matthew Marshall, Emma Marshall, Charles Spor, Eric Spor and David.
