He is survived by: his wife Amelia Fishwick (DiStefano); his children, James Fishwick III (Cynda), Jon Fishwick, Jennifer Fishwick, Amanda Lawson (Christopher) and Emily Glowacki (Christopher); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Kayleigh, Nicholas, Nathan, Emma, Cecilia and Sloane; his stepgranddaughter Emily; his siblings, Judy Hawks (Mark) and Thomas Fishwick (Debbie); his sister-in-law Vinnie Pagnini; and his close friend Jim Mair. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
