It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail M. Birney of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Birney and Marjorie Shaw Birney; and her brother Howard T. Birney. She is survived by: her sister Florence H. Schum; and her nieces, Nancy McCarnan (Jim), Suzanne Walls, Lynn Carattini (George) and Jamia Bigalow (Jeff).
