She was predeceased by: her son Gregory Francis Lastowka; her parents, Frank George McGeehan and Frances Weekes McGeehan; and her brother Frank McGeehan. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Lastowka, Jr.; her son Joseph E. Lastowka 3rd; her daughter-in-law Carol Chase Lastowka; her grandsons, Adam Chase Lastowka and Daniel Josef Lastowka; her sisters, Anne McGlone (James) and Denise Kropp (Ken); her sister-in-law Linda McGeehan; her nieces and nephews, Christie Tan, Kelly Mayerski, David Kropp, Richard McGeehan and Mark McGeehan; and her godchildren, Karen Hamill and John Bethard.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested in support of The Parkinson's Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital for its Parkinson's programs, Neumann University's Adult Education programs, The Wetlands Institute at Stone Harbor, NJ or any charity of donor's choice.
