She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Innis; her spouse Charles M. Ottey; her child Carlton M. Ottey; and her sibling Jannette Moore (Allen). She is survived by: her parent Jennie Innis (Patchell); her sibling Isabelle Watson (John); her children, Dawn Weber Rafalski of Wallingford, PA, Priscilla Bennetta Mills (Ted) of Port Deposit, MD and Gary M. Ottey (Nancy) of Millsboro, DE; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Carlton (Tanya), Stephen Weber, Traci Bennetta and Scott Bennetta (Amy). She is also survived by Great Grandson: Elijah Holton Also survived by nieces and nephews.
