She is survived by: her children, Denise Urbans-Hader (Bob), Joseph Urbans, Jr. (Cynthia) and Michael Urbans (Janice); her grandchildren, Stephania DeRosa, Rachel Hader and Joseph Urbans III; and her great grandchildren, Tyler DeRosa, Aiden Urbans and Brandon DeRosa.
