She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Carbone and Rita Carbone. She is survived by: her sons, Francis Costa (Genay) and Joseph Costa (Marianna); her grandchildren, Danielle, Dianna, Christina, Brieanna, Christopher, Nicolas and Victoria; her great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Daniel, Julius, Abigail, Brynn and Savannah; and her pet Shane.
