He is survived by: his spouse Micki Dowling; his daughter Michelle Apple (James); his granddaughters, Heather O'Neill and Brittany Marshall; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Colton and Rhys. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
