She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Holter and Hannah Holter; her son David F. Burns; her grandson Christopher; and her brother Bernard McGarvey.
She is survived by: her children, Kellie Walters (Dallas), John H. Burns, III (late Layla), Kathie Haynie (Rex) and Kristine Burns (Wayne Hunley); her grandchildren, Jessica, Dallas Jr. "Frank", Cady, Therese, Chase, Brayden of Ronald, Nathan, Helena, Nicole, Lisa and Jonathan; and her sister Catherine DeProspero (Dominic). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Kevin Lyons & the Marvil Family Funeral Home (202 Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
