She is survived by: her husband Ralph DelVacchio; her daughter Noelle Van Horn; her stepchildren, Madelynn and Ralph; her mother Kathryn Van Horn; and her siblings, Bill Van Horn, Tom Van Horn (Debbie), Jean Pitone (Ernie), Joan Van Horn and Jayne Powers (Brian). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
