She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Carbone and Judy Carbone (Trott); and her grandmother Karson Shannon of Mercer, PA.. She is survived by: her siblings, Chris Carbone (Mary), Jodi McClymonds (Scott) and Kim Gerber (Walter); her family, Jordan and Julie Pitzer; and her sons, Vincent of Massachusetts, Andrew of Massachusetts and Nathan of Massachusetts. She is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, four great nieces and two great-nephews.
