He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Rager; his former wife Edith Pearl Mazey (Burkett); his wife Helen Mazey (Evans); and his granddaughter Lisa Renee Beltz. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Beltz (Dennis) and Helen Campbell (Paul); his caregiver Steven Yerty of Vintondale; his grandchildren, Ronald Beltz, Robert Conrad (Liz), Ethan Stiffler, Casey and Nicole Yerty; and his great grandchildren, Claira Ann Conrad and Breanna Over.
