She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frantz and Alma Frantz (Caylor); and her siblings, Leon, William Frantz and Geraldine Hixenbaugh.
She is survived by: her husband William "Will" Michaels; her children, Sandy Bambino (Tony), Will, Jr. Michaels (Cyndi) and Andy Michaels (Jill McHugh); her grandchildren, Mark, Robby, Adam, Alex, Bella, Woody, Todd, Tim, Jay, Emmily and Drew; and her siblings, Jack Frantz, David Frantz (Connie), Darlene Michaels (Clair), Janet Llewellyn (Jim), Catherine Mack (Dave) and Donna Michaels (Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
