He was predeceased by: his father Donald Adamsky; his sons, Brad Adamsky and Chad Michael Adamsky; and his brother Donald Adamsky. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Adamsky (Rager); his grandson Landon Adamsky; his mother Nancy Clark Adamsky (Clark); and his sisters, Marcy Potts (Joe) of Homer City, Missy Patterson (Del) of Lancaster and Mandy Boxler of Homer City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
