He is survived by: his parent Mary Jane Smith (Wentz); his wife Dora Smith (Felix); his children, Tina Turley, Richard of Blairsville, Barry Ray Smith, Jr., Jaleh, Keenan of Northern Cambria, Mary Jane Smith (Robert), Erin, Ava, Luke, Rachel of Columbia, MO and Tessa of Columbia, MO; and his brothers, William Roy Smith (Kathy) of Irvona and Harry Smith (Thelma).
