We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 81, Walter John Taggart (Villanova, Pennsylvania), born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Walter John find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Landewit Taggart and Walter John Taggart; and his sister Rita Jakubowski. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Taggart of San Francisco and Benjamin Taggart of Oakland, CA; his grandson Everett Chang-Taggart; his child-in-law Jean Chang; and his niece Jennifer Piccarelli.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the St Thomas of Villanova Church (800 E Lancaster Ave, Villanova, PA 19085). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
