He was predeceased by: his former wife Joanne N. Bergan. He is survived by: his wife Joan B. Bergan; his daughters, Kimberly B. Devine (Richard E., Jr.) and Colleen B. Sweeney (Paul); his grandchildren, Richard Edward Devine III (Mollie), Robert Bergan Devine and Paige Nichole Devine; his great grandchildren, Richard IV (Riley), Savannah and Wesley; and his siblings, Doris Fannon (Thomas) and Joseph Bergan (Janet). He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
