He is survived by: his sibling Ardrossan; his wife Patricia E. Proudman; his children, Scott T. Proudman (Lisa) and Katrina E. Kenney (James IV); his grandchildren, Sarah Anne Kenney, James Kenney V and Miley Duff; and his siblings, Grace Donaghy (late James), Kay Harley (late John) and Carol Muzyczka (late Myron).
