He is survived by: his wife Maria D. Miazga (Bono); his sons, Julian Miazga and Gaige Miazga; and his siblings, Susan Cecilia, Michael Miazga, Aileen Miazga, Peter Miazga and Roman Miazga. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family and friends are currently working on establishing a foundation in Andrew's memory. Announcement will follow for donations to be made to this foundation functioning under Motorsports Enthusiasts.
