Chamberlain, Larissa Ohler and Lydia Roman; her great grandchildren, Everett Boone Goulding (Boy1) and Jameson Beau Goulding (Boy2); her sisters, Carol Krynock (Joseph) of Pittsburgh, PA and Kathleen Jones of Pittsburgh, PA; her husband Arthur Hartsock; her sister Darlene Lewis; her grandson Joshua Roman; and her brother-in-law Thomas Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
