He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Finley and Bernice Rhodes Finley. He is survived by: his children, Linda Philips (George) of Fredericktown, PA and Kipp Finley (Jill) of Millsboro, PA; his grandchildren, Amy Jo Mitchell (Steve), Joseph W. Retucci III (Maria), Jason Retucci (Megan), Shayne Holsopple (Alex) and Teighan Finley; and his siblings, Ruth Arnone of Washington, PA, Clayton Finley Jr., Anettta Ricuitti, Earl Finley, Marjorie Chinger and John Finley. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
