Phelps Rose; his sons, Dave Rose Jr. of Vestaburg, PA and Dan Rose of Vestaburg, PA; and his siblings, Robert "Pete" Rose (Joetta) of Fredericktown, PA, William Rose (Maryellen) of Charleroi, PA and Frances White (Dean) of Reedsville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
