He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Sarah Elizabeth Arthur (Watson); and his wife Linda Arthur (Koran). He is survived by: his brother John Arthur (Geri); his daughters, Christine Arthur and Jeanette Sinyangwe (Brian); and his grandchildren, Kadia and Asher Sinyangwe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to William's grandchildren, Kadia and Asher, for their higher education.
