With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Warren J. Montag of Verona, Pennsylvania, born in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2024 at the age of 87. In the sacred silence of farewell, Warren is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Edward Montag (Doubet); his daughter Karen Lynn Montag; and his sister Marilyn Hines (Montag). He is survived by: his wife Martha P. Montag (McCall); his children, Linda J. Montag of New York City and David F. Montag (Charity) of Asheville, PA; and his sister Joanne Donovan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
