He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Steffey and Jean Steffey (McBride); and his wife Joyce Steffey (Charlesworth). He is survived by: his children, Thomas C. Steffey and Beth Cruz (Ed); his granddaughter Rachel Cruz; and his brother Charles Steffey (Pam).
