With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Allen Green of Verona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025 at the age of 78. As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Green and Helen Green (Dodds); his wife Carolyn Green (Miller); his children, Kimberly Guigley (Robert) of Ladera Ranch, CA, Jeffrey Green (Randi) of Mount Lebanon, PA and Corey Green (Dena) of Bend, OR; and his grandchildren, Keegan, Callahan, Brynn, Mallory, Emerson and Ariya.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cremation and Alternative Services, Inc. (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
