He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Sekel; and his parents, Paul Sekel and Sophie Sekel (Zitkovich). He is survived by: his children, Sheree Grice (late James) and Peter N. Sekel (Amanda Smith); his grandsons, Matthew Grice and Peter A. Sekel; and his siblings, Elizabeth Campbell, Mildred Chopski, Sam Sekel and Butch Sekel. He is also survived by Dad by his children, and "Pappy" by his grandchildren.
