She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Lynn) and Brian Churchfield (Jesse); her grandsons, Cole and Evan; her siblings, Christopher Kerner (Mary Beth Hickey), Barry Kerner (Cheryl), Patrick Kerner (Sheila) and Karen Sabol (Joe); and also Nelson Churchfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
