She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Orvil J. Snyder, Sr. and Barbra R. Snyder (Ours). She is survived by: her children, Avery M. Dernus and Hudson H. Dernus; her stepfather Orvil J. "O. J."; her grandparents, Albert, Joann Serafin of Elderton, PA. and Rose Mannion of Indiana; and her boyfriend Matthew Prestia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
