He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; and his parents, John Kozub and Ruth Kozub. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel and Jeffrey Kozub; his wife Colleen P. Kozub (Gilarski); his daughter-in-law Tammy Kozub; his brothers, Michael and William Kozub; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Mary Gilarski.
