He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Pasquale Carmino and Alice (Neimic); his siblings, Mary Catherine Mazzarini (Harry) and Ron Carmino (Pat); and his wife Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Carmino, Deana Binder and Denise Stahl; his children-in-law, David Stahl, Bob Binder and Tara Carmino; his grandchildren, Danielle Clayton (Matt), Nikki Russick (Mike), Josh Carmino, Heather Carmino, Luke Stahl (Olivia Scouten) and Leah Carmino; and his great grandchildren, Jerry Kummer, Kaiden "Crash" Russick, Kayleigh Russick, Avery Clayton and Kynnsleigh Clayton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Family Hospice and Palliative Care or The Hospice and Palliaitive Nurses Foundation.
