The passing of Hope H. Horst (Verona, Pennsylvania) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 98. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hunter and Daphne Hunter (Rumball); her husband Ralph L. Horst, Jr.; her sister Elizabeth Hunter; and her close friend Rev. Gilbert Watt.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Aly (Gomaa), David Horst (Lisa) and Tori Hill (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, John Horst, Taylor Horst and Kevin Aly.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakmont's Chapel (500 Rte 909, Verona, PA 15147).
The family asks that memorials be made to either the P.E.O. Foundation, 3700 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50312, or St. Thomas Memorial Episcopal Church, 378 Delaware Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.
