Florence Coutsoumbis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Coutsoumbis of Verona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Costa Coutsoumbis; her parents, George Mamatas and Athena Mamatas (Tripodis); and also Anthony Coutsoumbis. She is survived by: her sons, Peter and George Coutsoumbis (Mary); and her grandchildren, Anna Despotakis (Nicholas) and Alex Coutsoumbis (Samantha).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 5:30 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery (12707 Frankstown Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
