She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roche and Julia Roche of Pittsburgh, PA.; her husband Burton F. Lewis; and her son Brent A. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Witt (Chris) of Irwin, Holly McKelvey (Glenn) of Swissvale, Lee Lewis (Sheila) of Murphy, NC and Ben F. Lewis of St. Petersburg, FL.; her grandchildren, Steve Kazousky (Terri), Brian Witt (Nadia), Melissa Pasquale (Vinnie), Greg Witt (Laura) and Jared Lewis (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Gavin Gnecco, Mason and Tucker Pasquale.
