It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amy Jo Kulkowski of Verona, Pennsylvania, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Miller and Denise Watral Miller; her husband Raymond Jr.; her grandfather Harry Miller; her sister Meg Beth Miller; and her stepmother Kathleen Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Joseph and Riley Jon Kulkowski of Verona; her grandparents, Ronald, Ruth Watral and Ruth Miller of Sarver; and her parents-in-law, Patricia Kulkowski of Russellton and Raymond Kulkowski Sr. of Culmerville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
