He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elliott and Mary Elliott; his wife Cindy Sue Best Elliott; his uncle Ed Elliott; and his aunt Linda.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Lynn Whitney (Richard) of Corsica, PA; and his brother Robert Elliott of Clarion. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, a nephew and great niece.
