(Cathy), Jonathan D. (Stacie), Matthew M. (Zoe) and Deborah L. Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, Dennis Kirkpatrick, Jessie Kirkpatrick, Elizabeth Miller, Thomas L. Weaver III, Jacob B. Weaver, Margie Brugard, Allison C. Weaver, Kevin P. Weaver, Liam Weaver, Erica Harding, Nathan Weaver and Penelope R. Weaver; his great grandchildren, Emilie, Shane, Lydia, Samuel, Abel and Calvin; his siblings, Richard, Margaret, Barbara, Sandy, Samuel, Abe, John, Jack, Robert and William; and also, Beloved Husband and Judith Ann (Toomey).
