He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Jacobs (Hallam) of Venetia, PA; his children, Jolie Welling (TJ), Natalie Perry (Michael) and Andrew Jacobs; and his granddaughters, Sofia Welling, Savannah and Scarlett Perry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
