He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Waters (Mooney); and his children, Laurie Devine and Chris Waters (Nicole).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home (3511 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A Mass was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Therese R. C. Church (1 St Therese Ct, Munhall, PA 15120).
