He is survived by: his father Thomas Phillips Jr.; his daughter Luciana Marie Phillips; his siblings, Barbara Benzio (Edward) of Palm City, Fla., Kathleen Hollinger (late Scott) of Monroeville, Stephen (Nora) of Delmont and Leslie LeSuer (Elmer IV) of Kingston, N. Y.; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke Benzio, Lindsay Litterini (Christopher), Brian Benzio (Amanda), Nicole Omecene (Ryan), Brett Benzio, Brittney Benzio, Andrew Baldi, Cooper Phillips, Evan LeSuer and Easton Phillips. He is also survived by four great nieces, twogreat nephews and many cousins.
