She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alan Orlando and Tracy Snyder Orlando of Mount Pleasant; her husband Sam Welch; her sons, Oliver and Elliott; her brother Mark Joshua Gaffney; her son Skyler of Mount Pleasant; her grandmother Linda Wilson of New Stanton; her parent-in-law Philip S.; and her brother-in-law Tom Welch. She was also cherished by wife and mother who lived for her sons.
