He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliot Johnson and Dorothy Edna Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Johnson of Venango; his sons, Eliott Johnson (Lauralyn Richmond) of Saegertown, Patrick Johnson (Helena Orner) of Venango and Daymin Johnson (Olivia Ridgeway) of Venango; his nieces, Raegan and Rori Higgins of Venango; his siblings, Paul Johnson of Erie, Steve Johnson (Jennifer) of Meadville, Jose Ortiz (Julie) of Shelby, NC and Anna Ortiz of Geneva, OH; and his granddaughter Dalynn Johnson of Venango. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
