He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Florence Sherred Smith; his wives, Mary Evelyn Smith and Alberta Davis Smith; his siblings, Reid Smith and Elsie Anthony; his siblings-in-law, Pat Smith and Gene Anthony; his stepson-in-law Joe DiFucci; and his close friends, Kenneth and Grace Kitelinger.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Smith (Tim); his stepdaughters, Denise DiFucci, Theresa Harmon (Tom) and Cathy Mitrosky (Steve); his siblings, Donna Smith and Harry Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Smith, Chaz Davis (Judy) and Audeen Melvin (Larry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Venango Volunteer Fire Department, St. Mary's Church or to the Marquette Hospice House.
