He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Fetterolf and Elizabeth Fetterolf; and his brothers, Richard of South Carolina and Wayne Fetterolf of South Carolina. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his stepdaughter Kim Esper; and his sister Louise Oates-Cunha of Rhode Island. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
