He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard P. Oligher and Bessie L. Oligher (Collesar); and his sister Audrey Oligher. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Oligher (Mindy) of Aliquippa and Robin Markan (Jim) of Bay Village, OH; his sister Debbie Marion (Earl); and his grandchildren, T. J., Chase, Kelsey, Autumn and Leah.
