She was predeceased by: her father Robert D Thomson; her husband William J 'Cookie Cook, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Thomson, Virginia Keller, Robert Thomson, Mabel Cook, Jean Baumiller and Shirley Frobe.

She is survived by: her brother Harold Thomson (Betty); her children, William J. Cook, Jr. (Tamara) of Middleburg Heights, Donald Cook (Linda) of Rochester and Pamela Helterbran (William) of Chippewa; and her grandchildren, William Cook (Courtney), David Cook (Samantha) and Chelsey Sorokes (Will).

The family has suggested memorial contributions be made in her memory to Redeemer Trinity Lutheran Church, Monaca.
