He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor D. Slamas and Marian Sotak Slamas; and his brother Daniel T. Slamas. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen A. Hartt (Lakeview), Marie Hornbeck (Allan), Sharon Kotowski (Paul) and Mary Elizabeth Peters; his cousin Marlene Price; and his nephew Michael Novak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
