She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Sample; her parents, John Tarhanich and Anna Kovach Tarhanich; and her sister Dorothy Tarhanich. She is survived by: her children, John Sample (Marlene), Patricia Prince (Thomas) and Diane Ward (Kenneth); and her grandchildren, Thomas Prince, Colleen Sullivan, Jacquelyn Brown and David Sample. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
