It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Terpak of Vandling, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Terpak and Evelyn Renczkowski Terpak; his brother Joseph Terpak, Jr.; and his nephew Michael Terpak. He is survived by: his children, Holly Terpak (Rich Matthews) and Jonathan Terpak; his brothers, Paul Terpak (Marianne), Scott Twp, Gregory Terpak (Mary), Herrick Twp and Nicholas Terpak; and his grandchildren, Richie and Isabella Matthews. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home (513 Main St, Forest City, PA 18421). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Johns Russian Orthodox Cathedral (706 Hill St, Mayfield, PA 18433).
